MAXIMUM STRENGTH AND CORE STABILITY

“Posture stability/postural alignment are paramount for optimal performance”

Improve your core strength and stability through proper stabilization and alignment of the core ensuring appropriate movement of the limbs

With the ever-changing landscape and demands of sports today athletes are expected to be better conditioned for a longer period of time than ever before. At Goldenform Sport and Fitness our training and conditioning approach is geared toward ensuring the individual’s overall fitness from the ground up.

The muscles of our body have many responsibilities, most notably they are responsible producing movement, maintaining posture and stabilizing joints.

We understand the demands of various sports and physical activities that is why we use a high performance approach when training our athletes with emphasis on improving proprioceptive strength through an enhanced program directed at developing the bio-motor abilities, balance, coordination, flexibility, speed, strength and speed endurance.

This is a tried and tested program with proven results with some of Canada’s Olympic athletes.

We are dedicated to providing our clients with our advanced general strength, Med ball and weight-training programs consisting of several circuits and interval training with the sole purpose of developing enhanced fitness levels.

These circuits are primarily designed to targeted the smaller deeper stabilizer muscles around the hip and pelvis. The aim is to develop core muscle recruitment whish is seldom strengthened in a conventional training program.

Towards the end of our program you will have improved stabilization and alignment of the core to produce proper limb movement and postural stability for optimal performance in any activity you may undertake.
